Participant Consent and Release
By submitting your story you are participating in the above project as a volunteer contributor. In consideration of your participation in the project, and without any further consideration from Hand of Doom Productions CIC, you hereby grant permission to Hand of Doom Productions CIC to utilise any and all content you have submitted in connection with the project in any and all manners.
You hereby authorise Hand of Doom Productions CIC to publish, distribute and share the contribution you have submitted; to edit same at our discretion and to include it with the performance of others and with sound effects, special effects and music; to incorporate same into the project website or other storage and dissemination tool or not; to use and to license others to use such recordings and photographs in any manner or media whatsoever, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and promotion.
You further acknowledge that Hand of Doom Productions CIC owns all rights to the results and proceeds of your services rendered in connection herewith.
You agree that your participation in the project may be edited in our sole discretion. You consent to use of your name, likeness, voice and biographical material about you in connection with project publicity and related promotional purposes.
You expressly release Hand of Doom Productions CIC, its agents, employees, licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims which I have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of production, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of the content I have submitted.
